The California Central Coast is a wonderful place to live. The combination of small town comfort with the benefits of small city living is hard to beat. Few places anywhere offer so much.

What many people from outside the area consider greater Morro Bay includes the quaint beach town of Cayucos and the quiet bayside community of Los Osos/Baywood Park. These three distinctive communities offer a quality of life you won’t find elsewhere.

This web site will be a useful tool in helping you buy or sell property in our area. There’s lots of community info, maps and information on property for sale.

Morro Bay Real Estate

Once a mellow fishing village, Morro Bay is now the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, shop on the embarcadero, or raise a family. Located along scenic Highway 1 midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Morro Bay is easy to reach and hard to leave. Once you experience the beauty and charm, not to mention the fun you’ll have surfing, kayaking, fishing, biking and just plain relaxing, you’ll be a local for life!.

Cayucos Real Estate

Cayucos sits quietly between the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hillsides of open ranchland and is what some people call “the last of the California beach towns.” Listen to the quiet and stillness that only a small town in an untouched countryside can provide. Cayucos is the perfect remedy for those who suffer from the ills and frustrations of life in the fast lane in our crowded cities. There is virtually no city noise, no traffic, no pollution and no crime in Cayucos. Born during the days of Spanish land grants, Cayucos grew up with sailing ships, steamers, and rum-runners.

Los Osos Real Estate

Los Osos is a charming and fascinating place to live with secrets around every corner. Currently, one of the most affordable beach towns, Los Osos looks like one of the best places for an investment property. A unique family-oriented town, Los Osos also features Montana De Oro park, a place where whale watching and rugged sand dunes meet an unique eucalyptus forest. With empty beaches and natural sweet springs, Los Osos will hold a very special place in your heart.

Atascadero Real Estate

Atascadero is located north of San Luis Obispo and south of Paso Robles. On one side, you will notice jagged cliffs and pounding surf, while on the other side you might find zebras, a castle, and some of the best vineyards in the world. Paso Robles is now considered wine country, producing some of the best grapes to wineries like Justin, Aaron, Tobin James and many more. The unique climate and culture come together to make the north coast unlike any other.

Templeton Real Estate

Templeton is a great small town located just south of Paso Robles and immediately north of Atascadero. Located in the heart of the Central Coast winey country, it boasts gorgeous rolling hills with a variety of ranches and rural properties as well as homes in the downtown region that have a classic All-American feel.

My family and I have lived in Morro Bay for 38 years. We came here from Santa Barbara where I sold yachts. I have been a full-time Realtor selling homes and commercial properties on the Central Coast since 1986.

I spend my free time working for our community. I have been awarded Morro Bay Citizen of the Year and Police Volunteer of the Year. I was a Boy Scout leader for 13 years as my son grew up, Sea Scout leader, and I currently serve as President of Morro Bay Police Chief’s Advisory’s Council. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Morro Bay Fire Department. After a lot of work, we succeeded in helping get the new Morro Bay Fire Department constructed.

If you are interested in moving to the Central Coast or moving from one home here to another, please call me. I will be happy to use my vast real estate and community experience to help you find a property you will love forever!

Thanks, Doug Riddell
